This UL Listed 24V, 12.5A, 300W Triac dimmable power supply is compatible with a wide range of AC wall dimmers, including Lutron, Leviton, and most standard household dimmers. Industry guidelines advise using no more than 80% of the driver's capacity, equivalent to 240W. Ensure you calculate your load accurately before powering the device. Given its compact size, it is normal for the driver to feel hot during operation.

An electronic transformer is value-priced compared to conventional drivers, has a smaller footprint, and turns on/off instantly without delay. When tested with a multimeter, the electronic driver typically shows voltage variation: the output voltage may rise above 24V without a connected load. Once a load is applied, the voltage stabilizes below 24V, staying within a safe range. Keep in mind that voltage measurements can differ based on the multimeter model used.
