This is an excellent quality UL Listed 24v 96W 4A Triac dimmable power supply. Compatible with most AC wall dimmer including Lutron, Leviton and most other household dimmers. Can be used for many LED lights and other applications. Requires no minimum load and it is very quiet without any buzz or humming noise. 

It is recommended not to exceed 80% or 76w of AC adapter's capacity. Please calculate your load before connecting the power.

Hot stuff!

Literally! I installed with plenty of air circulation on every side but when the unit is running it's almost hot enough on the outside to burn my fingers. I've installed two, and both operate similarly, so I'm assuming this is inherent to the small design and tightly packed subcomponents. Great for cold dark winters, when in addition to extra light, heat is needed to warm up the house. With 24V and only 96W at peak power (I'm driving less than 60W led strips) this is totally unexpected.

Doubles as a heater.

Very pleased with the size and silent performance of the power supply driver. It was one of the smallest units available for an unobtrusive installation. I am, however, concerned about how hot it runs under normal conditions - it seems uncomfortable to the touch regardless of whether it's dimming or not. I do wonder if this will have repercussions on longevity of the electronic components inside.
